It only takes about 5 minutes to clean a plug and you don't need a bead blaster. I just want to see what is going on with these plugs that "don't work". I have 5 DLs flying, all have factory plugs and they all work great, 8 plugs total. Almost 50% of them are well over a year old, not to mention I run alot of new engines and replace several plugs a week in engines I service, I've yet to find one that doesn't work out of the box, (or bag).
