Your low speed needle may be a bit too lean. In New Hampshire and it's getting cooler as fall approaches and you're going to find you will need to run richer than you did in the warmer summer. Turn it open 1/2 turn more and see if this helps.

What is the condition of your fuel? Is it newer? Older fuel that was stored improperly can absorb moisture and may cause this problem.
