Default RE: GP Cap 232

Understanding partner? My wife thinks I'm nuts and fanatical about any of my hobbies .. Bowling, Guitars.. whatever.. It's just the way...
And that's only 1/4 of my garage!

To be honest .. I like the 60 to 120 class planes. They fly so well and 50% less hassle than the big ones.. I love my Saito 100's and 125's.

The Cap has been off to a bad start, still dialing it in .. I doubt if I would reccomend this plane to others. Too many little things that are a poor design with it.. The landing gear has me ticked. Why in the world would they mount it on the engine box? The engine box is really being held together by 4 light spars, pretty fragile.. I'll post pics to my fix this week. Also the 1 piece wing is HUGE and cumbersome. As to the flying of it .. Too early to tell.
I had the balance perfect but didn't have time to wring it out before my engine quit.

The 33% edge is an awesome plane .. different class since it's got a zdz80 in it. It's a Lanier and the nicest plane I own.

Skybolt YES .. this is a fun plane.. with a saito 100 it will do all the basic manuvers ..Nicest covering job I've seen to date on a plane. no 3d machine though, but very fun never the less.

I have the Reactor Bipe 60 coming this week. That should be an interesting plane for 3d.. love those bipes.
