Who was your supplier for the EV5U-PRO valve? The unit pictured is not supplied from Dreamworks, our model is silver in color to differentiate ours from other suppliers. I would request you contact your supplier first for replacement! If they are unable (or unwilling) to help, let me know and I will handle the replacement.
