I remember those days... I lived and breathed pattern... even if it was only while lying awake at night.

Anyone read the tour de force thread recently started by Chip on Duralite and A123's? I guess given that Chip started flying pattern when he was - what, 6 - he must be in his 40's now. Anyone know if he's still an active competitive pilot?
