A guy at the hobby store told him that[8|

More an more these days everytime someone starts out a question with that phrase I get glassy eyed real quick. Seems at a majority of LHS's anymore at best you may find a 'guy' if you are lucky who has stepped out the back door and flittered around with some foamy a little.

I agree with the others. Use whatever fuel you wish, I prefer a bit-o-castor but don,t use it because of that silly statement from some guy.

Ask someone at a chain hobby shop for something like a rigging coupler and watch the blank look on there face!! Fact is today it's hard for a LHS to find anyone that is really into the hobby so they hire whoever will work and be there on time. Sometimes these people were once into the hobby but a bit behind times. The hobby is moving so fast these days I haven't been able to keep up with it either so I try not to judge but I do hear a lot of old dogma being spouted. The debate about Castor will be with us for years to come.
