The TD 049 and 051 were designed to have exactly the same power output so you could fly the same F/F airplane in two classes (1/2A and A) without re trimming the airplane. There are several places that have TD 049 piston and cylinders. Any of the Cox 049 piston and cylinder engines with the dual bypass will work fine.
