Well 8500 RPM with a 18x8 is pretty damsel good!
I looked in my references and that matches what a Supertiger 3250 puts out with a 18x8 and equates to 18.9 pounds thrust (per the reviewer at that time). What nitro are you using? Being in the UK I suppose your elevation is quite low which also helps. But over 18 pounds is great.
I like your FW190. Have you parked it hiding in a hedgerow in France circa 1944? That prop looks good on that big round cowl.

I am using Optifuel 20%MV FS mix, and yes we are almost at sea level here in south lincolnshire
Yes it parked in hedgerow, camo netting just taken off ready to fly
I did think about a 3 blade prop, but thought I would stick with the 2 blade for now, plenty of pull is nice
