I've been told there is a balance somewhere but I have yet to find it.
That would be when you've sold your house and bough an industrial shed to live in because -
a: it's cheaper and leaves you more money to buy planes with
b: it has more room for planes without all those annoying things, like walls, and furniture.
The final balance point is when you sell your car to buy a large van, complete with secure racks and a full size, fold out work bench, and pay for camping rights at your local flying field.
