Don, nice work. I wonder if those 'riblets' are the same thing found in Lohner a/c? I've been studying Lohner for a while, it appears they also used these partial ribs, top only, ending just aft of the rear spar. Instead of an actual rib, it appears to be round material, perhaps some kind of dowel. On my Lohner B-VII, I will use 3/32" fiberglass rod for these 'riblets'.

I realize too late for your project, but I was mostly wondering about the possible similarities of these two manufacturers.
