On a ''tall'' engine mount like that use a brace going forward at about a 45 degree angle for added strength. On the fuel mix try to use Klotz oil...it is very good in helping methanol & gas mix good. Keep us posted. Best Regards Capt,n

The mount as shown is much sturdier than it looks. I can lift and move the hull via the prop hub without any flex, and it is approx 16lbs. It is reinforced with half inch ply on the inside of the hull.
I have been thinking about using one of these "exotic" oils. If I use them, I will lose the nitro content I need won't I? Please elaborate.[sm=confused.gif]
I am working on the radio and running gear, so the first real run test is not far off. Thanks to everyone on this forum for their contribution on this very cool engine setup.
