Both IR systems require no modifications, just installation. The Tamiya is all set to install the TBS into the DMD/MF units. The TBS system runs $75 to $120. The HL system install in the RX 18 unit and is very small and simple. it runs $10 to $20. It is plug and play requiring basis model skills.
