I just built an Aeroworks Edge540 46/61 size. I was blown away by the quality. I understand their larger models are also great.
I haven't tried assembling any of the small AWs but there big planes are pretty good. The other good one is Wild Hare. GP is pretty good and H9 so far has been a bit better. There are still things that need doing on any of the ARFs no mater who makes them. You can usually tell the better ones just by the price, but not always!! My own planes are built either from plans, scratch or kits and they have never had a issue with falling apart. If you want a good one then either learn to build or have someone build for you, it's cheaper in the long run. I assemble ARFs for people and make the changes but they still aren't as strong as a good kit build.
