high rate values:
ailerons-3/4"
elevator-2 1/2"
rudder-3"
low rates:
aileron-1/2"
elevator-1 1/2"
rudder-2"
cg=1 1/2" to 1/2" in front of the rear cabane

you should start with the 1 1/2" in front of the rear cabane and then move the cg back as you become familiar with the plane
