The trick is to make sure that the sponge is everywhere so the cavity is closed! I then use 30 min epoxy with Tix and microballons so it won't ''run'' too much inside, Hysol would obviously be a better alternative, but I have not changed to that yet [

why dont you guys use some balsa and Hysol?
insert some balsa and cover with hysol , then put it the horns?

You are right Sandor, the balsa would be the obvious, but I simply hate to make big holes in the surfaces to put enough wood inside to hold the double horns, and you know, with that big engine you sold me, I want to make sure the horns stay in the there
