You either have the bind plug in the wrong position
the guy at my LH binded it for me with no problems
or a bad bind plug.

Something else I just remembered, keep the TX at least 4ft from the RX when binding, have had all sorts of problems with the new 5200 receivers untill you keep that seperation when binding.
