2 things:

1. As mentioned above, move the TX further away from RX! Needs to be at least 4 feet for binding.

2. I had an issue with an AR6200 binding where the remote antenna wire to the satellite rx actually had a bad connection in one end. It would not bind for the life of me, even though it would blink. The plane also kept losing its bind. Try replacing the wire.
