THe cub flies nice with the floats on it.. Gotta keep the speed up on it though, the floats weigh about a pound I think.. Anyway, the motor that I used was this one:

PLENTY of power.. Actually it was WAY over powered with wheels, and gets off the water very nice.. Have a 45A speed control it it as well..
