Default V-Spec tuning

Ok well i have a V spec and it hasnt been used very much built the car less than a year ago and been so busy havent got to drive it much at all did the break in and stuff and it just sat after that....well about a month ago it was still pretty hot here (in the 90-100F range) and it was running a bit warm so i put the spacer shim in the head to see if that helped...not really still hot has hell so i just put it away till today. got it out it fired right up i drove it around for a bit was running really rich on top so i started to tune it for the cooler weather and as soon as i started messing with it, it wouldnt run at all it would sit and idle just fine but you take off and get in the throttle it just bogs and dies...went and got the book that came with the engine set everything back to their "safe settings" or whatever it was called still running like a turd...i mean before i started to tune the highside it was running ok just for a top end spit...im trying to sell it and if someone comes to look at it and it falls on its face right away its not gonna do me alot of good i messed with it today for quite some time...im no noob at tuning them i just cant seem to get this one to cooperate with me at all for some reason. any suggestions?
