I've got two and am totally rebuilding one to be a late model Tiger, and a King Tiger on the way. Here's some of the stuff I started with, and metal tracks are a big improvement and add a good amount of weight to the tank. Mines not finished yet, but sitting at about 12 pounds with the metal hull, wheels, etc. If you go heavy, a cooling fan is a must or you'll overheat and blow the electronics. Use the search box at the bottom of the page - there is a ton of information hidden within this forum. If you can't find an answer just ask - someone knows the answer and will help you out. They are fun to play with, and inexpensive to fix if something goes wrong.
