You shouldn't have to chnge the thrust angle on the Tower Hobbies .46. I didn't .... and my plane was flown by one of the senior pilots at my field, who had an absolute HOOT flying it.... He only made suggestions that I set the spoilerons with a little more positive travel, as the knife was still tucking to the underside of the plane. Once I did that, the knife edge was fairly straight.

I will be getting another one for certain !
