a 5000 mah lipo will run longer than a 5000 mah nimh. plus it will have more power.
the reason the lipo's from hobbycity,hobbyking are cheaper is because they are a newer company and not aswell know as the other brands and have been getting great reveiws from buyers. i have 2 5000's on the way but it takes about a week or two to get here from hong kong.
