I can't see how it could be, the thrust line is determined by the thrust tube isn't it? all this is doing is pointing the gases at the bottom of the thrust tube, rather than down the center of it. Then again i'm new to all this, but my head says it's wrong
Interesting, but you saidAli's tailcone of the 160 is aligned with the center of the thrust tube. Thats why I ask have they adjusted the thrust line for some reason? Or does it appear to look wrong? I will look forward to having a look at mine, or reading what the general consensus is. Here is my drawing as to what I understand the issue to be. I'm Laughing here, as I dont have a scanner, so I took a photo with my phone, emailed it, and then attached it to this!
One other question to you guys, Talking of thrust tubes, I notice in the "instructions" it states that the Thrust tube should protrude 10mm past the rear former which has yet to be glued in, does the thrust tube protrude past the fuzz at the rear, when I had a general fit when I first got it, the thrust tube seemed a tad short of the rear of the fuzz.
Sounds like I have a interesting job on the wings to come! Mark do you still have that pic?
