Default RE: Help with Sapac t-45 composite set-up.

New to this post but here we go.

I’m in the middle of building the t-45 Ver. 2.1.  I even bought the SAPAC retracts and wheel set( Real nice looking).  The kit came with the 2848 motor and I bought a castle Phoenix 80 amp ESC  to run it.  A 80 amp ESC is what all the t-45's at E-Jets was running and is what Matt from Fan Jets USA recommended.   I also purchased a separate BEC just to be safe.   I'm just gluing the Stabs on tonight and I have several pictures of the project so far if anyone is interested.   So far cutting for the retract's and  rudder has been the toughest.   I'm using the Zippy 4s packs for flight and Installed a HS65hb servo for the rudder.  Plan on using the same for the ailerons and flaps.

Note:  when installing the servo arm to the stabilizer control rod be sure to file a flat spot and cut an old razor bald to fit between the set screw and aluminum control rod.  I found a few horror stories about not doing this.
