In other words if they built them for the Port side of the Tank with the Damper oil reservoirs at the right of centre. Then when mounted on the Starboard side the oil reservoirs would still be right of centre when viewed from the Starboard side.
In other words the oil reservoirs are at the rear of the Bogie assembly on the Port side and at the front of the Bogie assembly on the Starboard side of the Tank.
