Really, why not fly the thing first. You may not see the need to go through all that. I have seen this plane fly as it is designed with no issues whatsoever. Retrofitting rudders sounds easy till you get to matching the paint, and making them look factory. Can be done of course, but is it worth it to you? Maybe not. Have fun.
