Yes, Tamiya makes some of the highest quality RCs out there. A friend of mine owns one. It's very durable, especially since the land cruiser version uses a lexan body(my friend's is a hard body Pajero). Since it doesn't really have any weak parts, I'd recommend some grippier tires to help with crawling/offroading. It uses 1.9 size wheels and tires.
