Default RE: Another Skymaster Viper

I wonder how much the attachment / anchor point( where the ram bolts to the door) cantake ? When I first got my Viper the rams / cylinders were stuck closed I was trying trying to open the door by hand and I pulled the screws through the door and I had to re glue the anchor point back on the door. In fact I used an air pump to open the other door and that got up to 120ish psi before the door opened with a bang! The rams / cylinders still get tight after a few days of non use, but a lot better now! I dont want to "teach anybody to suck eggs"......, but it might be an idea to check the anchor points and "beef" them up for larger rams? Just a thought. Has anyone checked to see if the gear doors are flexing open? Having said that how far are the gear doors opening in flight?
