If by stock ESC you mean the Tamiya TEU 101BK ESC, then you are using a motor beyond it's limit. That ESC can only handle down to a 23 turn.

It's best to get a ESC that can handle a 19T motor. Even if you do a fan or heat sink mod, it will only be a matter of time before the ESC dies.
