All the cooling stuff you did is a great idea but you have already maxed out the ESC with the 19 turn motor. motors are cheap go back to the stock or a 23 turn motor and save the ESC.
You can drift just fine with the stock motor and ESC.
Ihave heard people using 17T on 101BK for months. Ithink I still have some safety cushion left here.
