RE: mixing polester pesin and epoxy
The problem is the order in which you are doing things. Epoxy will stick to practically anything. Poly us generally considered not compatable with epoxy when applied over cured epoxy. There is not a good bond between them. Sort of like paint types, some can be applied over the other, but not the other way around.....now that I've confused you, it's basically epoxy over poly, not poly over epoxy.
