All the cooling stuff you did is a great idea but you have already maxed out the ESC with the 19 turn motor. motors are cheap go back to the stock or a 23 turn motor and save the ESC.
You can drift just fine with the stock motor and ESC.
BTW:did another test run tonight, after 20 minutes (1/2 throttle), ESC stays cool (almost no heat coming out), and motor stays at about 45 celsius degree.
