While it appears that everything is working for you now, I noticed that there is no mention of the T/C being replaced.

I have had several engines come in for service with this similar issue and it turned out it was a intermitent T/C.

These engines would run for up to several minutes then shutdown. When trending this condition its was noted that the shutdowns happened at near the same time into the flight, this would almost always rule out a pump.

Just food for thought should you continue to experiance the problem. IF you have a GASPAR ecu, you can download the last 50 minutes on your PC and possibly locate the issue.
