I agree with what YNOT said. You MIGHT be able to find a decent (used) trainer package on eBay for $250 to $300, which MIGHT include a starter, glow igniter and fuel pump, but it's doubtful.

If you spend $150 to $200 for one of the 3 channel electrics, like the Aerobird, plus extra battery pack, you might be happy enough with it. But it won't be like flying a glow plane.

Kind of like saying a motor scooter is a vehicle like a car is a vehcle.

Just my opinion.
