I'm in a robotics club at my school, and we have run into a problem, we are in a a competition called TOBOR (it's just ROBOT backwards, I dont know why), we are using a system that was not designed to be remotely controlled. The only thing we cant get to work is our drive motors, we have a tank setup and I thought this would be the best place to go for advice. What we have is two can motors linked to a planetary gear-box(around a speed 400, it doesn't specify), I was thinking if we could get two RC car ESC's, we could drive the motors off the reciever like servos. Do you guys think it will work, and if you dont, what else could we do? We're using a Futaba 2.4ghz 6-channel aircraft radio. The fastest I think these motors could go is 90RPM, so the current draw wont be too high. I've been involved in RC for 8 years, so I'm no noob to this stuff. (So you dont have to over-simplify things for me

)
