Bob has been in Germany this past week. When I asked him at LA Jets last week which of the multitude of e-mail addresses he actually reads, he said they are all forwarded to a single account which he reviews. I'm sure he reads all of them, but I've noticed he doesn't reply to all....

As far as getting your engine repaired, he said the repair backlog is "not too bad" right now. This is the low season for repairs. So that probably means only a 2-3 week wait unless you pay extra for a rush.
