Hi guys.
Does anyone have Bob Wilcox e-mail address? I had it in my PC but when I restored the system I lost it. I recently crashed a jet and need to see about having my Titan SE repaired. I have sent an e-mail to the address on the Jetcat website repair@jetcat but that address did not work.

That is the e-mail that did not work.
I can call Bob on Monday and get the address....I just wanted to send him some pics of my turbine to see if he thinks it could be repaired.

Bob has been in Germany this past week. When I asked him at LA Jets last week which of the multitude of e-mail addresses he actually reads, he said they are all forwarded to a single account which he reviews. I'm sure he reads all of them, but I've noticed he doesn't reply to all....

As far as getting your engine repaired, he said the repair backlog is "not too bad" right now. This is the low season for repairs. So that probably means only a 2-3 week wait unless you pay extra for a rush.
