I appreciate the help guys. I used YHR's idea for dullcoating...the window frosting. Man, that stuff works great for the tanks. I do not currently have an airbrush so I am doing this with the Tamiya spray acrylics and weathering kits. just trying to find some deals on the weathering stuff...they are rather pricey. I guess you get what you pay for though.
