I began using these products
http://www.modelerswarehouse.com/ a while back and found it is pretty easy to use and is in the USA.
I myself like Tamiya products mainly, but have great success with Testors too, it just depends on the color I need. Once my paint booth is installed, brand will pretty much be a thing of the past because then I can mix the paint.
I get paint from Tower Hobbies or support my local hobby store, Hobbytown USA.
