I realize that; after 800 hours in a bass boat.

You also cannot adjust the carb on an unloaded 2 stroke engine.

The purpose of the fixture, at least for me was to put a load on the engine to see what max rpm could be obtained with a load and to also test the transition from idle to WOT.

But the Prop really does not cavitate that much. It will lift the top off of the container; with a 12 inch long piece of RailRoad Track sitting on it; that is why I had to screw the top down.

It serves my purpose; better than slinging a rod at 20,000.
