How are you measuring RPM ? Do you have a data terminal or are you using a tach ? The reason I ask is if you have a data terminal, you can also read Temperatures.

The pump should NOT RUN at all until 2 things have been met. 1) you have 100 Deg. C Exhuast temp during propane preheat and 2)combined with proper RPM's, only then pump will run. So, as you can see, without the propane preheat-up, the pump should not begin to operate.

I think your T/C may be the issue here. I do not believe it to be your ECU. How about I send you a T/C and you can try it.

I may have a used 2002-D2 ECU. Will advise.

Please confirm the type of connectors on your solenoids, pump, turbine > ECU and such with a photo. Want to be sure we have compatability with the 2002-D2 ECU.
