Default Starting the Engine

The engine is a .50 and its a two stage. I thought I was supposed to keep the glow plug on it to start it.

I dont see how I can start the engine if the prop doesnt move. I literally have to apply a lot of force to get it to move at all.

When I put the glow plug on it and then the starter, it just spins and burns rubber on the spinner and the prop doesnt move at all.
