Those are similar to instructions for the BP esc's I use. The codes are a little confusing the way its shown. In a nut shell, you listen to the code that matches the setting you want. When you hear it, move the throttle from max to mid point until you hear the confirmation beep (the long one I think in this case) then move the throttle back to max to continue on with the setting options. When I am done, I turn power off, go to minimum throttle and power back on to test it.
