RE: Great Planes Cherokee rudder pushrod problems
Depending on the amount of throw you need, you can bend the pushrod to make it match the perpendicular attachment to the horn.
If it were a 3D or something that really needed strenuous rudder, then you might decide to do something different, like pull-pull, or a Sullivan Carbon Rod with reinforced tube (at each former). But, I don't think you need that.
As I said, you should be able to apply a bit of a bend.. don't get carried away here.. to the pushrod end (the metal part) and make work.
