About to put in the pushrod for the rudderand connect it...Control horn is in already....according to the manual it says mount the clevice on the second hole from the top of the control horn but there is a lot of tension on the pushrod .Its almost bending to go in on the second hole from the top of the control horn....I feel like putting a little bend in tne pushrod to ease the tension....What did you guys do.....It just doesnt feel right.....

Depending on the amount of throw you need, you can bend the pushrod to make it match the perpendicular attachment to the horn.
If it were a 3D or something that really needed strenuous rudder, then you might decide to do something different, like pull-pull, or a Sullivan Carbon Rod with reinforced tube (at each former). But, I don't think you need that.
As I said, you should be able to apply a bit of a bend.. don't get carried away here.. to the pushrod end (the metal part) and make work.

Nothing wrong with making small bends in order to align with horn. Most important thing is freedom of movement. no binding or flexing.

Just don't make the ben on the threaded portion of the rod, it will weaken it if you do. Otherwise, bending to help align with a control horn is no problem at all.
