Maynard, the 120AX has got plenty of oomph for this plane. Just need to modulate the throttle a little more on uplines to simulate the mid-range torque of the YS.

To keep the fuel tank on CG (the only way to go, really) you would need a Perry, Cline or Iron Bay regulator. Very easy to tap the crankcase backplate for pressure.
