Default It still flies

Flew my LT-40 this morning - 5 fights - for the first time in nearly 4 years. Had some help along the way because my skills are still novice. Fired up the OS .46AX and it took quite a bit of tweaking to get the low and high end responding as they should. Ended up with 2 dead sticks along the way as it seems to be fouling up plugs pretty good. But, by and large, I am satisfied with the day. We'll keeping tweaking the motor to get it right.

I can take off without issues, fly just fine, maintain orientation, but I have a tough time judging speed on the base leg turn and tend to come in high and fast. I've got to consciously override my desire to fly fast. But, its coming. I did do one landing on my own, but the wind was kicking pretty good.

It was good to see the thing fly again after so long and run as well as it did. I'm looking forward to next time. I am so used to this airplane being spotless clean from no use, but since I intend to fly it more, just a "decent" post flight scrub down will have to do. Often-used airplanes will have some dirt and smudges here and there.
