If you know any one who works in a fire house, or anyone who does know someone you could ask around about the ECHO QV-680, 66.8cc or QV-8000 80.7cc Quick Vent saws. They should be real horses. The 680 is rated at max rpm of 13,000 and the 8000 is at 12,500, with no load. It would be a lot of work to cut the cases down but you know that. They are both in the range you are looking for.
