Upon further discussion with GreyBeard, I have more info.

The original Goldberg ribs and sheeting are supposed to be 3/32 inch ribs and 1/16 inch sheeting. This make a WHOLE lot more sence.

I will have the project started soon, I just need to pick up some 3/32 inch rib quality sheeting, graph paper, and hardwood to cut templates.
