For me it still all comes down to the logical inconsistency of weighing one plane ready to fly and the other plane not ready to fly. Nothing I have heard adequately explains that situation.
Both systems are weighed ready fly. Drain the batteries and they are in the same situation. Electric "fuel" weighs nothing. Batteries are mearly a fuel tank of sorts. The weight difference in the "fuel" used.
